We start working with you from the minute we receive your request for information.
Once your reservation is confirmed we begin. We organize your transfer from the airport to the villa, using a trusted airport taxi who provides safe and reliable transportation to Casa de los Arcos.
We are here to greet you upon your arrival, give you an orientation to our villa, and answer any questions you might have.
Many of our guests enjoy the experience of shopping at the local markets, so sit back for a few moments, relax, and then the adventure begins.
We will give you a personal shopping experience, and at the same time show you the neighborhood, and the quickest ways to get to the beach, shops and restaurants.
If you prefer we can do the shopping for you so that your kitchen and bar are stocked when you get here.
After a long travel day treat yourselves to the service of a cook for dinner. It is a great way to start your vacation; If not your first night you don’t miss out on a wonderful meal. We will help you plan your menu to ensure that it is a great dining experience.
During your visit, please join us for sunset cocktails on our terrace and discover why we love Puerto Vallarta.
Your hosts are here to insure that your vacation is perfect and worry free. We arrange anything from a massage on your terrace to whale watching adventures.
Activities in Puerto Vallarta
There is no end to the fun, adventure, cultural experiences and fine dining that you will find in Puerto Vallarta.
Although we have no “front desk”, your personal hosts, Susan and David live on the premises and we are here to help insure that your time in our vacation villa is everything you want it to be. After you arrive, while enjoying margaritas with us, we will share with you all the activities, and events that are going on during your stay in Puerto Vallarta. If you would like help with reservations we are here to take of this for you.
Our personal favorite experience is watching the whales off the coast of Vallarta during the months of December through April. Casa de los Arcos has its own small boat and when possible we love to take our guests to see these magnificent mammals. Cost is nothing more than the gas for the boat. (Photo inset)
We are happy to help you organize whatever tours and excursions you are looking for. There is most every kind of water sport right here on Los Muertos Beach which is just a short walk from the villa. You can relax on the beach, watch people and snack on great Mexican food or be a little more active and try out parasailing, jet skis, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling or diving. Take a local water taxi and explore the outlying communities of Yelapa, or Quixmixto.
Enjoy the hike from the little town of Boca de Tomatlan to Las Animas beach, stopping along the way at some of the hidden beaches.
On dry land walk the Malecon and old town taking in the sights and shopping. Join a “Food Tour” and see where local people shop and eat. They are fun, and filling! Guests have all given rave reviews to these tours. There are also walking tours of Puerto Vallarta led by knowledgeable and entertaining guides.
Visit the Vallarta Botanical gardens, take a bird watching tour, or join one of the House Tours.
Try a Canopy tour adventure and experience the true jungle. Saddle up and ride horses or mountain bikes, or ATV’s.
Art galleries abound in Puerto Vallarta, and local galleries make it easy for you to see our local art and meet the artists. Join the Wednesday night Art Walks, or the come to the Southside Shuffle in old town Puerto Vallarta.
There are several small theatres which bring you the best in local entertainment.

Casa de los Arcos has all the charm of old Puerto Vallarta, but all the conveniences and amenities of today’s Puerto Vallarta.
If you are looking for a private and relaxed atmosphere, in a picture perfect setting we are the vacation rental for you.
Your hosts are on the premises, and always here to enjoy your company and help out with anything you need.
Our service begins the minute you book to stay with us. We will set up your airport transfer (client expense) and if you would like we will stock your fridge for your arrival.
Our staff are here Monday through Saturday, giving you maid service each of those days. There is always a maintenance person on call. Our vacation villa prides itself on the friendly staff who are always here to help our guests.
If you would like the services of a personal Mexican cook we can arrange that for you. We will help plan your menu, and the cook will take care of everything from beginning to end. Charge will depend on how many guests are invited.
There is free WIFI throughout the Casa, and we can provide free calling to the United States and Canada upon request. Each villa has its own telephone.
Local cable tv is available in all rental suites.
